A Day in Magadalena’s Shoes
As a Quality Specialist, Magdalena is deeply engrossed in the intricate workings of the Food Safety System Certification 22000. But it’s not just about paperwork and protocols for her. It’s a mission to instill in every team member the weight of adherence, ensuring that our products and processes maintain unparalleled quality. Not only does she handle the meticulous details of annual audits, ensuring they progress without hitches, but she also lends her expertise to the international logistics in Poznań.
From Onions to casing
Before joining the ViskoTeepak family, Magdalena was already honing her skills in the food industry, specifically with processing vegetables like onions. ViskoTeepak, being her second employer, became a platform where she could further amplify her passion for quality.

Magdalena’s journey with ViskoTeepak has been peppered with learning and growth. She fondly recalls the implementation of the Kosher and Halal systems as one of her stand-out challenges, which she embraced wholeheartedly, starting from scratch. She finds immense gratification in collaborating with colleagues, especially when counterparts from other ViskoTeepak departments visit. Such interactions, according to her, bring forth a plethora of new knowledge and skills that contribute to the unit’s evolution.
