Jos Bloemen has been part of ViskoTeepak since 1985, starting during a difficult economic period in Belgium. He began as a draftsman at Teepak, the company’s former name, and quickly secured a permanent position after colleagues left the department. From the beginning, Jos was drawn to the international nature of the company and the wide variety of mechanical and chemical techniques involved in the work. Today, he works as a Project Coordinator & Drafting, combining his deep technical expertise with project management.
Over the years, Jos has witnessed a remarkable transformation in the way of working — from manual drafting to the adoption of 3D design and digital factory models. One of his proudest achievements is the construction of WP3 in 2015, a large-scale project where he played a key role in managing the mechanical and piping aspects.
